Labor Combat Organizing College’s comprehensive research, plus the raw numbers and changes in state and federal laws, clearly demonstrate the need to change the dynamics of organizing. A Collective Bargaining Agreement provides for labor peace – pure and simple. Labor has been peaceful for far too long now, and that needs to change if Organized Labor is to regain its strength.
