Anyone familiar with the overall record of labor-management violence in history knows that the use of violence was clearly the tactics of management.
However, civil disobedience is an entirely different matter. Labor Combat Organizing College teaches hard core civil disobedience tactics and how they will change the organizing campaign. Laws, including those focused on organizing, allow for various forms of civil disobedience. It takes the fight to the doorstep of the non/anti-union organizations. Labor Combat Organizing College teaches Organizers when and how to use civil disobedience in an organizing campaign, and the parameters for using civil-disobedience effectively and legally.
